Introduction: We are looking to recruit an HR Graduate to assist the Group Organisational Development department. To provide comprehensive and effective administrative support and coordination to advance the organisational development mandate. The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Organisational Development Specialist.

  • Administration, coordination and timeous submission of all HR related documentation according to relevant checklists
  • Accurately updating and maintaining all portfolio related workflow system/databases through SAP HCM, 4ME, Excel
  • To produce accurate and timeous HR reports to support HR reporting requirements, including EE and B-BBEE components
  • Ensure the Group’s preferential procurement certificate database is up to date and report on the monthly progress against targets
  • To enhance candidate/employee experience by briefing all assessment takers
  • To provide superior customer service through the resolution of all departmental and functional related queries
  • To coordinate the distribution of communication material to relevant stakeholders
  • Expense admin: Processing and filing invoices
  • Assist with any day to day or ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects

Minimum requirements

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Degree in HR, B. Soc Sc. (Essential); Industrial Psychology (Desirable)
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) (Essential)
  • Proficiency on e-mail
 

Skills, Abilities and Job Related Knowledge:


  • Computer literacy (Advanced MS Excel and intermediate MS Word)
  • Highly detail orientated
  • A thorough understanding of the EE, B-BBEE, skills development and portfolio related legislation
  • Stay abreast of changes/amendments in identified legislation
  • Good communication skills essential (verbal and written)
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • High numeracy skills

Applicant should meet these requirements:

 
  • Completed Degree in HR, B. Soc Sc. (essential); Industrial Psychology (desirable)
  • Unemployed and can commit 12 months to the programme
