Introduction
We are looking to recruit Graduates to work within our IT Testing and Test Automation areas of our Group IT department. The Graduate Programme is an entry-level rotational program designed to provide recent University Graduates with an opportunity to work in challenging environments while learning how our organization provides solutions to the retail industry. Over the duration of up to 12 months and through rotations, participants are provided an ideal opportunity to explore careers while gaining valuable work experience and training needed to succeed in future.

While in the program, participants will:
· Develop an understanding of the services clicks offers to its customers
· Experience rotations where they can apply their education and broaden their technical knowledge
· Receive on-going training and development through mentorships, job shadowing and on-the-job experience
· Build relationships through networking
Gain exposure to the following areas, but not limited to:
· IT Software Manual Testing
· IT Software Test Automation
· Retail Industry
· eCommerce
What applicants can expect:

· If selected, participants will be required to attend orientation at Head office
· Rotations are based on business needs
· If selected, participants should be willing to travel to next rotation with little notice and are responsible for their own living arrangements
· Relocation is may be required depending on where the candidate is located
Minimum requirements
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Completed Degree in:
· Recent Graduates with a 3 year Degree/Diploma
· Java Development Language is a mandatory prerequisite
· Candidates who will be available by 1 Sept 2022
· Graduates with less than 2 years working experience
Experience:
Graduates should NOT be employed, as this is a full time programme
