Job description

Job Purpose:
To coordinate the delivery of the Healthcare administration in accordance to the Group’s Healthcare policy .
 
Job Objectives:
  • To facilitate the Group’s Healthcare administration with on-boarding, off-boarding and employee life cycle process by ensuring that employees healthcare applications are processed accurately and timeously and submitted to the healthcare administrators
  • To ensure an effective working relationship with all healthcare service providers
  • To ensure accurate and timeous reconciliations of all payments to providers and employees
  • To perform an effective liaison role with Human Resources to ensure that outstanding documents are received and healthcare applications processed timeously
  • To resolve all queries relating to healthcare within the SLA agreement and in an informative manner.

Education:
Matric
HR Qualification or related Bachelors Degree
 
 
Job Experience:
Essential: 2 years experience within a similar role.
 
Job Knowledge:
MS Office with Advanced Excel
SAP Payroll
