Job Purpose:
To support the Clicks Private Label Technology team with all duties associated with the New Product Development Process
Job description
Job Objectives:
· To ensure all suppliers adhere to CTSO standards and ensuring all accreditations and documentation is up to date and on file through effective management of the Technical Tracker
· To possess up to date knowledge of relevant legislation to ensure product compliance
· To ensure all products have specifications, through collating all product information for pack copy, instructional manual and product insert.
· Sample and documentation management throughout the New Product Development process.
· To assist in artwork approval to ensure product compliance and project timelines are met
· Investigating and resolving customer complaints timeously through effective communication between Complaints Resolution Team and suppliers and the Customer Complaints Tracker.
· To assist in quality control through product testing
· Assist the Technologists with ad-hoc projects and general administration.
· Develop and maintain relationships between all key stakeholders in Merchandise (New Product Development, Technology and Category teams)
