Introduction
We are looking to recruit a Finance Graduate for a 12 month fixed term contract, to work within the Pharmacy Debtors department of Clicks Group Services.
The role will be based at Clicks Head Office in Cape Town and will report to the Senior Supervisor (Finance).
Job description
Purpose and Objectives:
- To ensure all customer calls are attended to and resolved.
- Ensuring a minimum private account recovery of 40%
- Ensure all customer calls are responded to within 2 days
- All customers that have amounts owing have been contacted
- To ensure all customer accounts are created timeously
Minimum requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant Degree/Diploma from a recognised HET/University (Essential)
- Accounting knowledge essential
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word,) (Essential)
- Proficiency on e-mail desirable
Skills, Abilities and Job Related Knowledge:
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Attention to detail
