Job description
Job Objectives:
· To ensure the accuracy of existing patient information/details to safeguard against duplications so that records are accurate and up to date
· To ensure that new patient files are loaded onto the system by ensuring information is captured correctly and timeously
· To ensure that patients are contacted to confirm their delivery details while also ensuring any queries they might have are answered and followed up timeously
· To validate patient delivery addresses
· To ensure that client database is regularly checked for duplications and errors and ensure that the database is “cleaned up” to ensure data integrity
· To resolve queries from internal and external customers regarding patient information to ensure that medication rejection and incorrect/delayed deliveries is eliminated
