Introduction
This Clicks Group Graduate Development Program is an entry-level program designed to provide Finance University Graduates with an opportunity to work in challenging and exciting environment whilst learning how our organization provides valuable solutions to the Retail industry. Graduates will be based in the Distribution Centre where they will be given exposure to Logistics and Supply chain finance. This will provided an ideal opportunity to explore possible careers while gaining valuable work experience.
Job description
While in the program, participants will:
• Develop an understanding of the services Clicks offers to its customers
• Experience rotations where they can apply their education and broaden their technical knowledge
• Receive on-going training and development through mentorships, job shadowing and on-the-job experience
• Build relationships through networking
Gain exposure to the following areas, but not limited to:
- Finance
- Logistics
- Supply Chain

Minimum requirements
- Recent Graduates with a 3 year Finance Degree
- Candidates who will be available by 1 March 2021
