Introduction
We are looking to recruit an HR Graduate to assist the HR team with administrative tasks related to the end to end HR function. The roles will be based at various locations namely Clicks Head Office (x2 Graduates in CPT), Clicks Regional Office (x2 Graduates in JHB) and Clicks Regional Office (x2 Graduates in Pinetown).
Job description
- To complete HR administrative duties in order to assist in the timely resolution of queries and to the prescribed quality standards
- HR Reporting
- Escalation of queries to appropriate area for resolution and follow up
- To assist with any HR and training related tasks
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required e.g. meeting minutes, data capturing, recruitment, interviews, taking references etc
Minimum requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree/ Btech in Human Resource Managment (Essential)
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) (Essential)
- Proficiency on e-mail
