Drive and evaluate operational compliance in the Clicks brand by providing information and reports from the compliance officers and other stakeholders in order to prevent loss and risk to the business.
Job description

§  To ensure consistency in store operations by driving compliance to systems and procedures and liaising with relevant stakeholders. 

§  To manage areas of risk identified by highlighting and reporting on benchmarks set by the business through compliance score-carding.

§  To manage the updating of SOP's through the compliance team and other stakeholders to improve business performance.

§  To manage and co-ordinate the information for score carding thereby providing the business with information to evaluate operational performance. 

§  To manage and co-ordinate all communications accurately with stores ensuring that they are aware and informed of relevant information affecting store operations.

§  To manage the effectiveness of the compliance team to achieve business objectives.

§  To manage, co-ordinate, implement and track new business process initiatives

§  To complete trend analysis on Compliance risk to highlight areas of concern for corrective action.

§  To engage with relevant stakeholders regarding new initiatives that impact stores processes & risk.

  •  To build a high performing team through effective people management and development in order to ensure capability to meet current and future business objectives as well as effective delivery & growth

§  To effectively influence, network and reach decisions with business partners across functions for the effective implementation of strategy and day-to-day business issues

Minimum requirements

Education and Experience Requirements
 
  • Essential: BPharm degree
  • Advantageous: Unisolve experience
  • 4-6 years Retail management experience 
  • Desirable: General compliance experience
