Job description
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, overlays, tips, and nail art where applicable
- Ensure all treatments are carried out according to Sorbet protocols and hygiene standards
- Provide expert advice to clients on nail care, treatments, and home-care products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and tools at all times
- Stay up to date with current nail trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Promote and upsell Sorbet products and services professionally
- Work collaboratively with the salon team to achieve store targets and service excellence
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
