Job description
Job Objectives:
Assist with various projects, supporting project management activities across multiple initiatives.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), learner guides, presentations, and assessments to support training and operational excellence.
Conduct Fareye refresher training sessions to ensure ongoing compliance and knowledge updates.
Perform daily compliance reporting, specifically tracking Fareye KPIs.
Monitor live tracking on Fareye across different hubs, including driver performance and route adherence.
Support live agents and chatbot assistants as the first point of contact for store queries.
Deliver practical, on-the-floor training related to asset tracking processes.
Configure and set up scanners to ensure operational readiness.
Troubleshoot Fareye system issues to maintain smooth operations.
Manage Master Data by setting up new stores and updating existing store information within the Fareye system.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging the Fareye platform.
Oversee asset management activities to maintain accurate tracking and control.
Set up and monitor electric vehicle (EV) operations within the Fareye system.
Perform Fareye administrative duties to support overall system effectiveness.
Minimum requirements
- Understanding of logistics environment
- Computer literacy
- Microsoft office suite
- Communication (verbal and written) skills
- Basic numeric skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizing skills
- Essential: 1 year Administration experience
- Essential: 1 year within a distribution/logistics
- Desirable: Customer relations/suppliers
- Desirable: Experience on a warehouse management system
- Essential: Matric
