Introduction
The Clicks Group is looking to recruit an Inventory Administrator to work within our Clicks Direct Medicines division. The role will be based at our Regional Office in Lea Glen, Roodepoort and will report into the Service Centre Supervisor.
Job description
Job Purpose:
The efficient Management of all short supplied parcels to patients
Job Objectives:
- To effectively manage all the short supplied parcels in the dispensary by ensuring that stock is
ordered by the Buyer - To manage incoming stock orders for the to-follows to ensure that the correct medication is
dispensed to the patients in time - To ensure that all required reporting is done accurately and in time for scorecard purposes to
measure against targets - To call or sms a patient when stock is not available or delayed in order to keep the customer
informed
Minimum requirements
Education:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12)
Experience:
- 1 year within pharmaceutical product/stock environment i.e. warehouse/distribution centre
- 1 year in retail pharmacy environment
- 1 Year Supply chain
